From The Five Pillars
Magic power can not only be channeled into magic spells that summon units or casts
enchantments over entire kingdoms. Some powerful wizards have the power to
bind their magic power into magical artefacts called items. These artifacts may later be activated
and the magic power within them released. Most loose their power once used, but rumours are heard
about unique ancient artifacts from before the great cataclysm that can be used over and over again
with awesome results...
Items in The Five Pillars are divided in three categories:
Items can be aquired a few different ways:
- Buying in the Market (all items)
- Generated by Temples (common/uncommon)
- Looting an enemy
- Casting the Spell Elemental Conversion on yourself
- Casting the Spell Sandstorm on an enemy
- Using the Items Chest of Jewels and Safe on yourself
- Using the Item Lockpick on an enemy
- Having a Scholar hero with the ability Research
