The Mentor Program is a program designed for new players. Once you've started the game and are confused, don't know what to do or just want to verify that what you're doing is right, you can ask to get a mentor. A mentor is a veteran player who will help you out with your questions.
The Mentor Program was created to improve player retention. The difficulty of the game seemed to scare off new players and this program was set up to give them something to hold on to. The Mentor Program currently has over 35 official mentors, speaking more than 7 different languages and is growing every day.
