Why is it forbidden?
Many guilds forbid the use of the Plague of Doom, because it is an extremely powerful spell. It generally destroys your opponents army, when used correctly. By using the spell, you are basically telling your opponent that you want him/her dead. Using PoD, if it is not allowed by the other guilds ROE, will most likely spark a war. It may also cause you to be deathlisted by the other guild, and killed.
